Dearest Family,
It's early, early Saturday morning and I was SO thrilled to hear from Patrice and also Ron. Roy - you are a "pussy cat" when it comes to making your children happy and I am SO glad. (Roy bought Jesse a costume that he was wanting). I don't believe you can spoil your children when you love them the way you all do.
Ron - thank you for writing to me about the cabin. It makes me SO happy when I hear that someone has enjoyed that place - Lynn put his heart and soul into that for all of you. Your idea about pantomiming to make the people with whom we work understand what we want is a good idea. We taught for about 6 hours straight yesterday and when we came home we just laughed and said we would like a photo of their blank expressions which indicate we have NOT communicated.
Lee Anna - I LOVED your little message. You are much smarter about the computer than I am and I'm proud of you.
Annie - I GOT MY PRESCRIPTIONS!!! It rained "pitch forks and hammer handles" yesterday while we were at school. When we got home our young neighbor friend brought them over to me. He had noticed them in the mailbox and worried that they would get wet. I was surprised they would deliver them - I thought they would have to go to the Mission Office. THANK YOU MILLIONS - they got here just in time.
We are going to "Safari World" in a few minutes with a school - all their 1st and 2nd graders are going and they invited us. I'll write about it tomorrow.
John - are you getting my messages??? I haven't heard from you.
I love you all SO much. Grandma B
